Transparent childcare fees

To register your child at our nursery in Whetstone, a non-refundable registration fee of £50 is payable for each child. To secure a place at Academy 4 Kids Day Nursery, we ask that you pay a £400 deposit. Upon receipt of this deposit an offer of a place will be made. This deposit will be held until such time your child leaves us and will then be refunded subject to one month’s notice.

Understanding our fees

All fees are charged monthly in advance and must be paid by standing order or childcare vouchers at the beginning of each month. Siblings are entitled to a 10% reduction of the fees from the older child to help you manage costs for more than one child.

Free Entitlement Funding

This was introduced by the government to provide free early education. This can be for 3 and 4 year olds for up to 30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year. We accept the Free Entitlement Funding from the term after the child’s 3rd birthday.

Childcare vouchers

At Academy 4 Kids Day Nursery, we accept all forms of recognised childcare vouchers in order to provide parents with as many possible payment options. Childcare vouchers can be issued by your employer.
